3. Adjustment of technical parameters before inflation

The accuracy of gas concentration and gas concentration detection is reduced.
(2) Setting of inflation pressure: Adjust the pressure reducing valve on the argon cylinder, so that the working pressure is 0.25~0.3Mpa, to avoid damage to the insulating glass due to too high inflation pressure. Adjust the pressure regulator on the machine to the appropriate pressure according to the size of the insulating glass and the inflation speed.

4. Aeration process
(1) Connect the gas tube to the quick joints of the "first group", "second group", "third group" and "fourth group", connect the return gas pipe to the "return gas" quick joints, and connect the 8 mm gas pipe from the pressure gauge and pressure regulator on the argon cylinder to the "air source" quick joints on the control panel.
(2) Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator is on.
(3) Set the aeration pressure and aeration speed according to the size of the glass (the aeration speed is better to start with a slower start and then gradually increase); Set the concentration of aerated gas as required.

5. Use precautions:

(5) The detected content is the concentration of argon gas at the insulating glass outlet, and its internal concentration is greater than the concentration at the outlet.
(6) It is better to have a safety isolation net between the operator and the inflatable glass to prevent the glass from bursting during the inflation process due to the blockage of the return vent or the inflation speed is too fast and the inflation pressure is too large.
(7) The return air hole must be cleaned to prevent desiccant or sealant debris from entering the return air pipe and blocking the return air path, resulting in failure of concentration detection and glass explosion. Therefore, it is also necessary to detect whether the return air pipe is blocked at any time.
(8) In the handling process to handle gently, to prevent impact and beating, so as not to damage the control components.
(9) Before and after work, use the correct method to plug and insert the inflation tube and return gas pipe on the panel to prevent damage to the quick gas joint on the panel, in order to prevent damage, a short tube can be connected to a common quick joint in front of it, and then connect the inflation tube and return gas pipe after the ordinary quick joint, only the ordinary quick joint operation when the gas pipe is removed and inserted, and the ordinary quick joint can be replaced directly if damage occurs The speed connector.

6. Care and maintenance
